WFH Entry Level Chat Assistant – Remote OK

As a Customer Support Chat Agent, you will be responsible for serving online customers by providing accurate information, placing orders, and resolving concerns.

You don’t need any experience for this job because complete training is included, and we are looking for people who can start work without delay.

What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to incoming chat inquiries on a business’s website or social media profiles. This includes answering client queries, sending purchase links, and providing discount codes.

Contract length: Open-ended contract

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have a minimum of 5 hours per week. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: between 5 and 40 hours per week

Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
