Dedicated Chat Support Agent (Remote, Entry Level, Beginner Level)

This is a job posting for a dedicated chat support agent, and the most important part of your job as a live chat agent is how you respond to questions from customers (and potential customers). There are a lot of businesses on our platform hiring more live chat agents right now.

Qualifications:
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to deal with upset customers and deescalate the situation.
Provide empathy and call control.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to navigate through multiple systems with your computer.
Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment.

What you will be doing: As a dedicated chat support agent, you will be responsible for supporting one of our dedicated accounts. This position entails handling inbound email, or chat support for a single account. You will follow a guided process and be able to consult the manager if needed.

Contract length: Open-ended contract

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have at least 5 hours available weekly. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: between 5 and 40 hours per week

Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
