Remote Website Chat Support (Remote / Beginner Level)

This is a job posting for online jobs where you get paid to chat with customers on a business’s website. These are remote positions, meaning you log in online to do the work, and all you need is basic English skills and a stable internet connection.

What you will be doing: Live Chat workers are assigned a business that they are working with and your job is to log in to their live chat application each day and reply to messages that are sent to the account from customers (or potential customers). You will be given comprehensive training on how to do the job and what to say to all the most common queries. And you have a chat supervisor to help you with any questions that you don’t know how to answer.

Contract length: No set end date

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have a minimum of 5 hours per week. stable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly

Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
