The Customer Service Representative position is an entry level role responsible for engaging with customers. Basic duties include effectively replying to emails, and chats from customers and participating in meetings with the Customer Service or other internal teams (to discover new communication tactics and maintain expert knowledge about company products and services).
A Customer Success Representative will also assist with customer quality and service claims and processing orders and returns. Position’s support involves items such as, but not limited to data entry (sales orders, quality, and service claims), and creation of shipping labels, sales, and marketing sample orders.
What you will be doing: As a Customer Service Representative you will be paid to reply to incoming chat inquiries on a business’s website or social media profiles. This is primarily a customer support live chat job so you will be mainly answering questions from existing customers on things like returns and re-ordering. comprehensive training is given, no experience necessary.
Contract length: Ongoing arrangement
Rate: $30 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have at least 5 hours available weekly. consistent internet access.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly
Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
