Remote Social Media Chat Support (Entry Level)

All you need to do is to respond to real-time chat messages from customers on a business’s social media profiles and help them with their support questions.

Most questions are about shipping rates, return policies and what types of items are in stock, etc. Don’t worry if you have not done this type of work before, this is an entry-level position and comprehensive training is given.

What you will be doing: As a social media chat assistant you will be paid to reply to real-time chat messages on a business’s website or social media profiles. This includes answering client queries, sharing product links, and providing discount codes.

Contract length: Open-ended contract

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have at least 5 hours available weekly. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly

Location: Remote work worldwide worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
