Customer Service Rep – Chat Support (Remote / Beginner Level)

We are looking for passionate individuals to be the first point of contract in answering emails and chat to get our customers where they need to go with confidence.

What you will be doing: You will go through a short training program to get familiar with the job and the business that you are working for. Then your daily task will be to log in to the business’s website live chat feature and respond to client queries. Some will be for support and some will be sales-related. You will be given documentation with answers to the most common questions and you will have full support from our team as well.

Contract length: Ongoing arrangement

Rate: $27 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 8 hours of availability per day. stable internet connection.

Hours per day: 8 hours per day

Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
