Remote Entry – Level Chat Agent (Entry Level)

Provide support to existing and potential customers with a range of answers to questions including but not limited to account, new product installation, and general questions. Resolve issues received through email, videophone, live chat, and other contact methods.

What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to incoming chat inquiries on a business’s website or social platforms. This includes answering client queries, sending purchase links, and sharing promotional offers.

Contract length: No set end date

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have a minimum of 5 hours per week. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly

Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
