Social Media WFH Assistant Chat Support (Remote, Beginner Level)

We’re looking for a professional, upbeat, social media virtual assistant to work remotely.

To excel in this role, you should be comfortable working independently, chatting with customers online, able to think on your feet and have a positive, team-oriented attitude. If you enjoy assisting customers and want to make a career of it, this could be a great opportunity for you!

What you will be doing: As a virtual chat assistant you will be paid to reply to incoming chat inquiries on a business’s website or social platforms. This includes answering client queries, sharing product links, and sharing promotional offers.

Contract length: Open-ended contract

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have 1at least 5 hours available weekly. stable internet connection.

Hours per week: 15 – 20 hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
