Live Chat Email Support – Customer Support (Remote)

We are looking for live chat assistants to join our team and provide customer support for a business on their website and social platforms. complete training is included and we have jobs available to start work on without delay.

What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to real-time chat messages on a business’s website or social media profiles. This includes answering client queries, sending purchase links, and providing discount codes.

Contract length: Open-ended contract

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have a minimum of 5 hours per week. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly

Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
