Beginner Level Call Center Support (Remote / No Phone Calling)

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be working as a problem solver for our customers. This is a high-energy, fast-paced call center role with unlimited opportunities to learn, grow and work with a talented and supportive team.

What you will be doing: As a customer support chat assistant you will be paid to reply to real-time chat messages on a business’s website or social platforms. This includes answering client queries, sharing product links, and sharing promotional offers.

Contract length: Open-ended contract

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have a minimum of 5 hours per week. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: between 5 and 40 hours per week

Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
