The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and helping our customer base achieve their automation goals.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support specialists handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social platforms. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Most questions are about discounts, shipping rates, return policies and what types of items are in stock, etc.
Contract length: Ongoing arrangement
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed:
Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Be able to operate on your own.
Ability to closely follow supplied instructions.
Have 10+ hours availability per week.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide worldwide (US candidates preferred).
