Junior Level Customer Success Representative (Entry Level)

A Customer Success Representative will also assist with customer quality and service claims and processing orders and returns. Chat support involves items such as, but not limited to data entry (sales orders, quality, and service claims), and the creation of shipping labels, sales, and marketing sample orders.

What you will be doing: You will be a live chat assistant working in a customer support role. At the start of your shift (you can choose your own hours) you log in to the business’s website and start responding to the messages that come in from questions. At the end of your shift, you log out and are paid daily.

Contract length: No set end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have a minimum of 5 hours per week. stable internet connection.

Hours per week: between 5 and 40 hours per week

Location: Remote work worldwide worldwide (US candidates preferred).
