Call Center Agent – Remote / Part Time / Entry Level

Our Client Service Call Center is on the lookout for friendly, dedicated, hardworking, punctual, and compassionate team players to join our team. The position will require an ability to work on your own, and with a team as a Client Service Agent to reply to inbound chats and emails.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support representatives handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social platforms. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: Open-ended contract

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 10+ hours availability per week. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
