Customer Support Rep – US (Remote)

We are looking for a US-based, enthusiastic, and customer-centric Customer Support Rep. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer support remains best in a class by clearly and effectively responding to customer requests in a timely manner through our care channels (email, live chat, etc).

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support associates handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media profiles. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No set end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
