We are looking for an outstanding Client Success Chat Coordinator to establish how we deliver excellent service to our rapidly growing customer base.
As a Chat Specialist, your responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, guiding users through features/functionalities, and working alongside product and design teams to create optimal client experience. To be successful in this role, you should enjoy solving problems and helping others.
Chat specialists are the people who answer the customer’s live chat support or sales questions on a business’s website. The work is done online, normally from home.
What you will be doing: You will go through a short training program to get familiar with the job and the business that you are working for. Then your daily task will be to log in to the business’s website live chat feature and respond to client queries. Some will be for support and some will be sales-related. You will be given documentation with answers to the most common questions and you will have full support from our team as well.
Contract length: Ongoing arrangement
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 10+ hours availability per week. consistent internet access.
Hours per week: 10 – 20 hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
