What you will be doing: The Customer Service Chat Representative provides support for customers based on their needs to provide a positive and successful customer experience. Individuals must be sociable with a capability for providing professional and clear answers to customers’ concerns and requests.
Contract length: Open-ended contract
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 10+ hours availability per week. stable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
