The Customer Service Representative position, under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor, receives and processes all incoming contacts from customers and serves as the end-to-end point of contact for service, sales, billing, and general inquiries.
What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to login to the business’s live chat application and respond to frequently asked questions from customers. These are normally things like prices, refund policies and giving out discount codes. comprehensive training is given and training takes less than a day.
Contract length: Open-ended contract
Rate: $35 an hour.
Qualifications:
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate the situation.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to navigate through multiple systems with your computer/mobile.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 10+ hours availability per week. consistent internet access.
Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
