We are searching for a hardworking, technical, passionate, and analytical independent contributor to oversee our Support efforts as a live chat assistant. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for deep-diving into technical troubleshooting and providing the highest quality responses to incoming user questions.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media profiles. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: Open-ended contract
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. stable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
