There are a lot of businesses that are currently staffing for work-at-home professionals! As a WAH Agent, you would be assisting customers by answering general questions and resolving problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved issues via chat or email.
What you will be doing: As a live chat representative you will be paid to reply to incoming chat inquiries on a business’s website or social media profiles. This includes answering client queries, sending purchase links, and sharing promotional offers.
Contract length: Ongoing arrangement
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have 7 hours of availability per day. stable internet connection.
Hours per day: 7 hours a day
Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
