As a Chat Support Representative, you are the front line in support of Customers. In this role, you will respond to client queries in person, via email and chat. Associates must possess strong written communication skills.
comprehensive training is given and we have jobs available to start work on immediately. You are able to set your own hours as long as you work a minimum of 10 hours a week.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social platforms. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: Ongoing arrangement
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 10+ hours availability per week. consistent internet access.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
