As an Online Chat Representative, you would be assisting customers answering general questions and resolving problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved issues via chat or email.
You don’t need any experience for this job because complete training is included, and we are looking for people who can start work immediately.
What you will be doing: As an online chat representative you will be paid to reply to real-time chat messages on a business’s website or social platforms. This includes answering client queries, sending purchase links, and providing discount codes.
Contract length: Open-ended contract
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have at least 5 hours available weekly. consistent internet access.
Hours per week: between 5 and 40 hours per week
Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
