Remote Customer Support – Live Chat Operator (Beginner Level)

We are seeking a few full-time live chat operators to Help Web customers with product selection, identification and troubleshooting via email, live chat, and electronic message boards.

These are remote positions, meaning you log in online to do the work, and all you need is basic English skills and a stable internet connection.

What you will be doing: Live Chat Operators are assigned a business that they are working with and your job is to log in to their website chat application each day and reply to messages that are sent to the account from customers (or potential customers). You will be given complete training on how to do the job and what to say to all the most common queries. And you have a chat supervisor to help you with any questions that you don’t know how to answer.

Contract length: Ongoing arrangement

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have a minimum of 5 hours per week. stable internet connection.

Hours per week: between 5 and 40 hours per week

Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
