Remote Chat Support Executive – No Experience

We are looking for Email and Chat Support Executives to assist our customers with problems related to our products.

This role is a unique opportunity to continue to grow in the customer service space while also gaining hands-on experience across all functions of the eCommerce business.

What you will be doing: A customer support agent is responsible for assisting customers with questions and resolving problems while upholding the Company’s brand standards including communication and conduct. Answer client queries and assist them with order placement and site navigation through chat and email.

Contract length: No set end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 10+ hours availability per week. stable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
