We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our team of Live Chat Agents.

* This is a remote position so you must have a dedicated work space at home
What you will be doing: You will go through a short training program to get familiar with the job and the business that you are working for. Then your daily task will be to log in to the business’s website live chat feature and respond to client queries. Some will be for support and some will be sales-related. You will be given documentation with answers to the most common questions and you will have full support from our team as well.
Contract length: Open-ended contract
Rate: $27 per day
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have 8 hours availability per day. consistent internet access.
Hours per week: 15 hours per week.
