Live chat administrators communicate with our customers via web chat. You will utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fun, and fast-paced environment.
Your job is to respond in a fun, reliable, knowledgeable, and engaging way to inbound consumer contacts your entire shift through, email, and live chat.
What you will be doing: You will go through a short training program to get familiar with the job and the business that you are working for. Then your daily task will be to log in to the business’s website live chat feature and respond to client queries. Some will be for support and some will be sales-related. You will be given documentation with answers to the most common questions and you will have full support from our team as well.
Contract length: Open-ended contract
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 8 hours availability per day. stable internet connection.
Hours per day: 8 hours per day
Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
