We are currently hiring new customer service representatives on our platform for entry-level chat support jobs. The pay starts at $35 per hour, and comprehensive training is given. You will be working for e-commerce stores, helping respond to customers inquiring regarding products.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media profiles. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No set end date
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 10+ hours availability per week. consistent internet access.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
