Looking for an experienced Part-Time Chat Agent to handle email, and live chat for multiple campaigns
This position is responsible for identifying and resolving customer issues and answering client queries regarding the status of their order. Handle continuous work volume by interacting with patients and referrals via email, fax, chat, text, web inquiries, and other electronic sources
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have consistent internet access. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so complete training is included, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
