As a remote Chat Support Agent, you will work from your home while holding yourself accountable for your success and proactively supporting our customers.
What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to real-time chat messages on a business’s website or social platforms. This includes answering client queries, sending purchase links, and sharing promotional offers.
Contract length: Open-ended contract
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have at least 10 hours of availability per week. consistent internet access.
Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
