We have an online shoe retailer that is looking to hire 10 live chat assistants. They offer live chat sales and customer support to their customers on their website and this job posting is to hire workers to be these live chat assistants. complete training is included and you work online from your phone or laptop.
What you will be doing: Each morning you will need to login into their live chat portal on their website and start answering the client queries as they come in. The live chat software has a feature that helps you answer the frequently asked questions easily and you also have a chat supervisor who can help you with any more difficult questions. There is a short training program that you need to go through, which takes 1 – 2 hours and then you can start work without delay.
Contract length: Ongoing arrangement
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have at least 5 hours available weekly. consistent internet access.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly
Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
