Live Support Manager (Remote, Entry – Level)

As part of the Live Support team, the Agent is on the front lines responding to the operator via email and chat channels in a variety of situations. The Agent will troubleshoot the issue following a flowchart to resolve or raise the help ticket.

What you will be doing: As a live chat support specialist you will be paid to reply to real-time chat messages on a business’s website or social media profiles. This includes answering client queries, sending purchase links, and providing discount codes.

Contract length: Open-ended contract

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have at least 5 hours available weekly. stable internet connection.

Hours per week: between 5 and 40 hours per week

Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
