Remote Customer Chat Support Agent

We are currently searching for a Live Chat Agent. The Live Chat Agent will be responsible for providing a variety of customer support-related duties for the company and our clients. This person will interact daily with visitors on our clients’ websites (via Live Chat software) and will be expected to provide exceptional customer support in real-time. They should be capable of handling multiple incoming requests for information.

This person will be expected to continually demonstrate an ability to stay calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service. You don’t need any experience for this job because complete training is included, and we are looking for people who can start work without delay.

What you will be doing: As a freelance live chat agent you will be paid to reply to incoming chat inquiries on a business’s website or social media profiles. This includes answering client queries, sharing product links, and providing discount codes.

Contract length: Ongoing arrangement

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have at least 5 hours available weekly. stable internet connection.

Hours per week: between 5 and 40 hours per week

Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
