Beginner Level Remote Chat Support Agent (Entry Level)

We’re looking to add a live chat assistant for our Customer Support team. We are needing someone who can commit to a minimum of 10 hours weekly (with the possibility of up to 20 hours), with a majority of hours scheduled Monday through Thursday on our high-volume days.

What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to incoming chat inquiries on a business’s website or social media profiles. This includes answering client queries, sharing product links, and providing discount codes.

Contract length: Open-ended contract

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have a minimum of 5 hours per week. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: between 5 and 40 hours per week

Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
