We currently need more friendly, reliable people to work as live chat assistants. You will work for businesses answering real-time chat messages on their website or social media profiles. These are remote positions, meaning that you can do the work online from anywhere. comprehensive training is given and we are looking for people who can start work without delay.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support assistants handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social platforms. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No set end date
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. stable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
