We currently need more friendly, reliable people to work as call center representatives. You will work for businesses answering incoming chat inquiries on their website or social media profiles. These are remote positions, meaning that you can do the work online from anywhere.
What you will be doing: As a customer support chat agent, you will be paid to reply to real-time chat messages on a business’s website or social media profiles. This includes answering client queries, sending purchase links, and sharing promotional offers.
Contract length: Ongoing arrangement
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have a minimum of 5 hours per week. stable internet connection.
Hours per week: between 5 and 40 hours per week
Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
