Customer Support Chat Coordinator – Remote / Beginner Level / No Calling

What you will be doing: As a customer support chat specialist, you will be responsible for resolving client queries via incoming email, and/or chat to ensure the successful and continued use of Service Autopilot as the primary business management tool for our customers.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a stable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so comprehensive training is given, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: Remote work worldwide worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
