Customer Support Agent – Live Chat (Remote / No Experience Required)

We looking for an energetic and fun Customer Support Agent to join us. You will learn a lot. Every day. You will become a part of an international team that helps our customers get more value from the product. Your task will be to respond to client queries via in-app chat and email.

What you will be doing: As a live chat customer support associate you will be paid to reply to incoming chat inquiries on a business’s website or social media profiles. This is primarily a customer support live chat job so you will be mainly answering questions from existing customers on things like returns and re-ordering. complete training is included, no experience necessary.

Contract length: Ongoing arrangement

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have a minimum of 5 hours per week. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly

Location: Remote work worldwide worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
