We are hiring a Technical Support Rep to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, help troubleshoot, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with social media applications.

Contract length: Ongoing arrangement
Rate: $50 – $70 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow supplied instructions. Have a minimum of 5 hours per week. stable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
