You will work for businesses answering incoming chat inquiries on their website or social media profiles. These are remote positions, meaning that you can do the work online from anywhere.
As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to incoming chat inquiries on a business’s website or social platforms. This includes answering client queries, sending purchase links, and providing discount codes.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a stable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so comprehensive training is given, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
Location: Remote work worldwide worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
