Our team is looking to add a Customer Support person as a full-time chat support agent where you’ll provide customer assistance in response to problems and related service inquiries. Receives or initiates customer contact in order to resolve complaints.

What you will be doing: As a chat support specialist you will be paid to reply to incoming chat inquiries on a business’s website or social platforms. This includes answering client queries, sending purchase links, and sharing promotional offers.
Contract length: Open-ended contract
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have a minimum of 5 hours per week. stable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly
Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
