Customer Chat Support – Remote WFH

As a Work at Home Chat Support Agent, you would be assisting customers by answering general questions and resolving problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved issues via chat.

Your job will be to respond to incoming chat inquiries from customers on a business’s website and help them with their support questions. Most questions are about shipping rates, return policies and what types of items are in stock, etc. Don’t worry if you have not done this type of work before, this is an entry-level position and comprehensive training is given.

What you will be doing: You will be a live chat assistant working in a customer support role. At the start of your shift (you can choose your own hours) you log in to the business’s website and start responding to the messages that come in from questions. At the end of your shift, you log out and are paid daily.

Contract length: No set end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have at least 5 hours available weekly. stable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly

Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
