Customer Care Chat Representatives field client queries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Connect with customers via email, chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
What you will be doing: Your job will be to log in to the business’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, to then reply to questions that have been sent by customers. Some of the questions will be from existing buyers who want support with their purchase and some will be from potential customers who are asking sales questions. You will be trained on how to handle all the different types of questions.
Contract length: Open-ended contract
Rate: $32 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have a minimum of 5 hours per week. stable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly
Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
