We’re looking to add Chat Suppor Specialists for our Support team. These jobs are hiring right now and complete training is included. You don’t need any experience for this job because complete training is provided, and we are looking for people who can start work without delay.
What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to login to the businesses Facebook account and respond to frequently asked questions from customers. These are normally things like prices, refund policies and giving out discount codes. complete training is included and training takes less than a day.
This role will require that someone has excellent customer service skills, clear communication, and thoughtful listening skills. As this is a customer-facing role, they will need to conduct themselves with a polite, clear, and concise demeanor.
Contract length: No set end date
Rate: $30 an hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 10+ hours availability per week. consistent internet access.
Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
