Chat Support Specialist (Work from Home / No Experience)

As a client support specialist, you will provide the world-class service that clients expect from us. Supporting a wide variety of products, you’ll help clients, consumers, and survey respondents troubleshoot problems and navigate through our platforms.

Using your excellent written communication skills and knack for technology, you’ll answer questions about our products and help transform stressful situations into positive interactions via email and chat support.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social platforms. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: Ongoing arrangement

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 10+ hours availability per week. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
