We are looking for Entry Level Chat Support Specialists to assist our customers with sales inquiries associated with our products and services. Your responsibilities include resolving client queries, recommending technical solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.

What you will be doing: As a chat support specialist, you will be paid to log in to the business’s chat application and respond to frequently asked questions from customers. These are normally things like prices, refund policies, and giving out discount codes. comprehensive training is given and training takes less than a day.
Contract length: Open-ended contract
Rate: $35 an hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 10+ hours availability per week. stable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work worldwide (preference given to US applicants).
