Chat Support Assistant (Remote / No Experience)

The assistant, Chat Support is accountable for planning, organizing, managing, and delivering quality customer support and driving change in the organization with a continuous improvement mindset. You are a self-motivated leader with a passion in the career development of individuals and excellent customer service.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support assistants handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media profiles. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No set end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to operate on your own. Ability to closely follow given guidelines and steps. Have 10+ hours availability per week. consistent internet access.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work worldwide (US candidates preferred).
